Analysis

This stage of the process involves the customer. The aim is to get to know all the technical details. This allows us to make a careful analysis of the grinding parameters, some of which are:

- Size and material of the workpiece
- Machine working speed
- Setting up of the machine and checking of the various components
- Identification of the cost per piece
- Fill-in of the "check-up" technical form

In this phase, the cooperation of the Customer is fundamental: the more elements we collect, the more precise and targeted our intervention will be.

Historicizing

After the check-up phase, the collected data are reclassified in our Data Base and compared with similar applications and similar working parameters; a particular focus is concentrated on the following factors:

- Througfeed speed
- Stock removal
- Required Roughness

In order to propose a product/process that can give immediate results, it is essential to collect as many technical details as possible for the definition of the most suitable specification/process for every specific application.

The system we implemented is able to recall each individual data by category, with consequent immediate identification of the critical factors and those of success.

When necessary, Siapi Smartech offers the ON-SITE support of technicians specialized in the use of grinding machines.
