Rubber bonded wheels for Centerless grinding, designed for grinding, roughing, semi-finishing and finishing applications

Siapi Smartech Special Rubber wheels are very suitable for working on Centerless machineries, both in ROUGHING and FINISHING or LAPPING operations.

The RUBBER, with binder functions, has excellent resilience and guarantees a high quality of grinding; in fact, the importance of the regulating wheel is often underestimated in the grinding process, while, instead, it plays a fundamental role. For this reason, Siapi Smartech has been developing two different specific types over the years: one for through-feed grinding in specification R2R8 and one for plunge grinding in specification R2R9. VERY VERSATILE and suitable for multiple materials such as treated and untreated steel, aluminum, hardened and non-hardened stainless steel, chrome, p.v.c., glass and ceramic coatings.

The high standard of the production cycle guaranteed through a careful selection of the raw material and the continuous checks during the process allow a high repeatability in compliance with the strict construction tolerances.
