Resin Bonded Centerless grinding wheels for roughing, semi-finishing, finishing operations

Siapi Smartech resin wheels are very suitable for machining on centerless grinders, both in ROUGHING and in SEMI-FINISHING AND FINISHING operations.
This type of grinding wheel with resin bond allows a great removal capacity also associated with a higher production speed and always guaranteeing an excellent finish. The frequency of diamond dressing is considerably reduced and in certain conditions is equal to zero, so much that is results to be SELF-DRESSING. This results in a longer tool life with reduced machine downtime. For these reasons, the use of our special binders, in addition to increasing productivity, also reduces production costs.
We have developed a specific type of grinding wheel particularly suitable for installation in operating machines with double operating grinding wheels such as Schumag and Landgraf.
