The characteristics of the rubber bond, together with the multiple grits technology, allows to improve the production capacity by increasing the through-feed speed. This allows a considerable reduction in the cost per piece and a more efficient and profitable production line.
For this application in particular, we recommend rubber binder wheels for roughing operations and the rubber-cork binder for finishing operations. We have also developed a special resin bond which, in some cases, allows to combine roughing and finishing in a single operation, always with a guarantee of the working parameters.
