In the grinding of the tapered roller of bearings, since the regulating wheel is made of steel, the rubber allows the absorption of micro-vibrations, guaranteeing excellent surface roughness. In many of the applications, they are completely self-dressing and guarantee a narrow finishing range, roundness as well as conicity. We have also developed the exclusive technology of the special outfeed edge, which allows to accompany the roller out of the grinding area, avoiding vibrations that would otherwise generate optical spirals. The technology of the multiple grains lets stock removal and roughness combine in order to allow reducing the amount of passes. All this translates into fewer machineries involved in the operation with consequent saving labor, energy and cost per piece.

For this application in particular, we recommend rubber binder wheels for roughing operations and rubber-cork binder for finishing operations.
